Skoda Octavia facelift price for UK has been announced by Skoda. Alongside with the price, Skoda also said that the car will be launched on the British market in January 2009.

Skoda Octavia facelift will feature new alloy wheels and two new paint colors and also available in three trim levels: S, SE and Elegance.

Skoda Octavia facelift will replace the current 1.6 FSI 115bhp engine with a 1.4 TSI 122bhp engine. While the Skoda Octavia vRS will be equipped with a 2.0 FSI 200bhp engine that coupled with a DSG transmission.

Skoda Octavia facelift price for UK market has been increased compared to the previous version. The price will be increased by £473 for the Octavia Hatch model, while for the Octavia Estate the price will be increased by £478.

Skoda will be launching a new Octavia in January 2009 with an extensive exterior and interior facelift, bringing the hugely successful model up to date with the brand’s current range.

Prices of the new, improved Octavia represent an average increase of £473 for the Octavia Hatch and £478 for the Octavia Estate over the outgoing model.

The new Octavia has undergone a series of significant design changes which include dynamic, sweeping headlights and complimentary front fog lights, new foldable door mirrors and body colored bumpers and side moldings.

Improvements go well beyond a traditional facelift with the new Octavia benefiting from a partially re-designed interior which features a range of new steering wheels, new stereo systems and new upholstery.

The new Octavia also takes the S, SE and Elegance trim naming system from the New Superb and comes with new alloy wheels and two new paint colors – Arctic Green Metallic and Aqua Blue Metallic.

A brand new 1.4 TSI 122bhp engine will replace the current 1.6 FSI 115bhp engine and the 2.0 FSI 200bhp engine with DSG transmission will be introduced on the Octavia vRS.
