SsangYong C200 Aero and Eco



SsangYong has unveils two new models at the Seoul Motor Show - the SsangYong C200 Aero and Eco. Both of the SsangYong C200 will be available for UK market soon, as scheduled to go into production this year. However, the car will undergo Euro NCAP crash testing before coming to market.

SsangYong C200 has a 2.65m wheelbase with an overall length of 4.4m which styled by Giugiaro’s ItalDesign in Italy. To improve on fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions, SsangYong C200 has been made lighter and smaller than its other models.

SsangYong C200 Concept Car



SsangYong C200 concept car will be premiered at the Paris Motor Show this year. This concept car is an urban compact SUV that’s the first car built by the company to feature a front-wheel drive platform.

Powered by a 2,000cc diesel engine, SsangYong C200 concept outputs 175 hp and a six-speed manual transmission. The SsangYong C200 will involve a full-time four-wheel drive system, but can also be used with a front-wheel drivetrain.

SsangYong C200 concept features a monocoque construction, has a low CO2 emission level and complies with the EURO V European exhaust emissions regulations.

Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class 2009



Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class 2009 is a renamed version and full restyled of the previous generation C-Class Coupe. However, both cars share the same basic platform.

Featuring over 1,100 new or updated parts over its predecessor, including a direct steering system for improved handling and a new entertainment and information system, the Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class is available with six different engine choices, four petrol and two diesel.

The entry-level CLC180 Kompressor (143 bhp) and CLC200 Kompressor (184 bhp) are driven by four-cylinder engines. While the higher-spec CLC230 manages 204 horsepower from a 2.4-litre V6, and the flagship CLC350 version offers 268 horsepower from a 3.5 litre V6. The CLC350 is capable of hitting 60 mph in 6.3 seconds.

The two diesel models are the CLC200 CDI (122 bhp) and CLC220 CDI (150 bhp).
