EDAG Light Car



EDAG Light Car has been announced by EDAG as a environment-friendly, future-orientated car for everyday and leisure use.

EDAG Light Car is an Open Source that will take place at the 79th Geneva Motor Show. With a basalt fiber as first ever used material for building a car, the company says the car looks like it was made from glass. Basalt fiber is a lightweight, stable and 100% recyclable.

EDAG Light Car is powered with electric drive systems that are placed in the wheels.

EDAG Light Car also equipped with a new LED lighting technology that’s used as an individually adaptable design and communication element.

Mercedes Concept BlueZERO



Mercedes Concept BlueZERO complete details has been officially released to the public. The three versions of the Mercedes Concept BlueZero are called E-Cell, F-Cell and E-Cell Plus. All of these three concepts will make debut at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).

Mercedes Concept BlueZERO are based on a single vehicle architecture with an intelligent, modular concept, and offering three drive configurations: E-CELL with battery-electric drive and a range of up to 120 miles, F-CELL (fuel cell) with a range of well over 248 miles and E-CELL PLUS with electric drive and an additional internal combustion engine.

Mercedes Concept BlueZERO E-CELL PLUS has a range of 370 miles out of which 60 can be done on electric alone.

2010 Mercury Milan-Hybrid



2010 Mercury Milan and 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid has been unveiled by Ford. With the 2.5-liter I-4 engines, 2010 Mercury Milan may develops 175 hp. While with an upgraded 3.0-liter V6 engine, 2010 Mercury Milan may outputs 19 hp more.

The 2010 Mercury Milan also comes some similar equipment as Ford Fusion Sport. The featured equipment includes SYNC, SIRIUS with Travel Link and Blind Spot Information System with Cross Traffic Alert. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information yet about the 2010 Mercury Milan prices.

Meanwhile, another version - the new 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid may delivers 155 hp and 136 lb.-ft. of torque as it is powered by a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine that coupled with an electronically-controlled continuously variable transmission or e-CVT.

Both Mercury Milan models also will be available in showrooms in spring 2009 (same time as 2010 Ford Fusion Sport).
