Mercedes S Class 2009

Mercedes has unveils the 2009 Mercedes S Class which included with Mercedes S350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY, Mercedes S450 CDI, Mercedes S350, Mercedes S400 HYBRID, Mercedes S450, Mercedes S500, and Mercedes S600.

Mercedes S400 HYBRID is the first standard production hybrid drive with a lithium-ion battery which offers a fuel economy of 7.9 liters per 100 kilometers and a 186 g/km CO2 emissions level.

Mercedes S Class 2009 offers a range of petrol and diesel engines including a 4.0 liters 8-cylinder S450 CDI with 235 kW/320 hp, 4.7 liters S450/S450 4MATIC with 250 kW/340 hp, and a 5.5 liters S500/S500 4MATIC with 285 kW/388 hp.

Mercedes S Class 2009 price will starts at € 73,006.50 for the Mercedes S350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY. While the price will goes up for the top of the range Mercedes S600 to € 155,354.50.

Audi A5 Cabriolet and Audi S5 Cabriolet Debut

Audi A5 Cabriolet and Audi S5 Cabriolet has been premiered at the New York Auto Show. Both Audi A5 and S5 Cabriolet have the same fabric roof-top that allowed the development of folding rear seat. With this feature, Audi A5 Cabriolet and Audi S5 Cabriolet offers a 750 liters (26.49 cubic ft) storage space in the back.

The driver of Audi A5/S5 Cabriolet may choose the vehicle’s characteristics, as this system allow the driver to choose vehicle’s engine/throttle, steering, suspension, and also transmission mapping.

ABT Audi AS5-R

ABT Audi AS5-R has been unveiled by ABT Sportsline after its previous announcement a few weeks ago. With the help of a new compressor and a re-programmed ECU, ABT Audi AS5-R power has been increased by 156 HP (115 kW) to 510 hp (375 kW).

Gaining the extra power, ABT Audi AS5-R reach its top speed up to 292 km/h and gets 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds acceleration time.
