Fisker Karma (2009)



Fisker Automotive has released today the details of 2009 Fisker Karma alongside with its first image.

Fisker Karma (2009) production model will be premiered at the next North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), with the first delivery is scheduled for November 2009.

2009 Fisker Karma may reach its top speed at 125 mph (200 km/h) and a 0 to 60 mph acceleration time of 5.8 seconds.

With the price starts at 87,900 USD, 2009 Fisker Karma comes equipped with a proprietary Q-Drive powertrain that offers up to a 50 miles (80km) all-electric range.

Hyundai Santa Fe blue Hybrid



Hyundai Santa Fe blue Hybrid has been announced to make its debut at Paris Auto Show. Hyundai Santa Fe blue Hybrid is powered by a thrifty 2.4-litre Theta engine and a 41PS and 205Nm electric motor. It also equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission. The Hyundai Santa Fe blue Hybrid will offer a 6.2l/100km fuel economy on a combined cycle and a 148 g/km CO2 emissions level with this powertrain.

The electrical power that needed by the Hyundai Santa Fe blue Hybrid is stored in a 270V Lithium Polymer rechargeable battery (5.3Ah/270V). The new Hyundai Santa Fe blue Hybrid will go on sale in July 2009.

Mazda Will Produce More Economic Vehicles by 2015



Mazda has made announcement that more economic vehicles will be produced by year 2015. Aiming to reduce the fuel consumption of its cars by 30% in the following seven years, the Japanese brand will give a renewed powertrain lineup.

Mazda also announced, starting from 2011 they will reduce the weight of its models by 100 kg or more. The new models will also feature from next year a Smart Idle Stop System with fast, quiet restart. Next year Mazda will also bring on the market a more advanced version of the Three Layer Wet Paint System.

Mazda will put vehicles that utilize carbon neutral bioplastics into production starting from 2013.
