Volkswagen Tiguan R Line

Volkswagen Tiguan R Line has been launched by Volkswagen in British. Volkswagen Tiguan R Line is powered with two optional engines that include the 2.0-litre TSI engine with 200 PS or the 2.0-litre TDI common rail diesel engine (with 140 PS or 170 PS).

Volkswagen Tiguan R Line sits on 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels and it comes with sill extensions, blistered wheel arches, a matt chrome grille, matt chrome highlights, a new front splitter, a rear spoiler, and also a rear diffuser.

Volkswagen Tiguan R Line will be priced at £24,635 for the 2.0-litre 140 PS version for British market. While for the 2.0-litre TSI model, the price of Volkswagen Tiguan R Line will goes up to £26,305.

Volkswagen Polo BlueMotion Concept

Volkswagen Polo BlueMotion concept has been unveiled at Geneva Motor Show. Powered by a 1.2 liter TDI engine with common rail injection, Volkswagen Polo BlueMotion concept may outputs 55 kW / 75 PS while offers a 3.3 liter/ 100km fuel consumption and a 87 g/km CO2 emissions level.

Volkswagen Polo BlueMotion comes equipped with a new aerodynamic package, low rolling resistance tires, a 10 millimeters lowered ride height, and also other modifications to improve the fuel consumption.

Volkswagen Polo BlueMotion also features a start-stop system and regenerative braking which recovers the energy lost during deceleration and braking.

Volkswagen Golf Plus VI

Volkswagen Golf Plus VI has been presented by VW at the Bologna Motor Show. Volkswagen Golf Plus VI comes with four new turbo-diesel engines (66 kW/90 PS to 103 kW/140 PS) and five gasoline engines (59 kW/80 PS to 118 kW/160 PS).

Volkswagen Golf Plus VI will replace the conventional automatic transmission with 6-speed and 7-speed dual clutch transmissions (DSG). With keeping the same styling as the newly introduced Volkswagen Golf VI, this car features a newly designed front and rear end with a new side profile and roof rails.

Volkswagen Golf Plus VI will be offered in three trim levels Trendline, Comfortline and Highline. Volkswagen Golf Plus VI also comes with new technologies include: Adaptive Cruise Control ACC, Rearview camera, Park Assist, and Visual Parking Assistant.

Volkswagen Golf Plus VI model will have its market launch in March 2009. But there’s no information announced yet about the Volkswagen Golf Plus VI price.
