Opel Insignia OPC

Opel Insignia OPC details and images has officially released by General Motors. As we both know that Opel Insignia OPC will be premiered at the Barcelona Motor Show.

Opel Insignia OPC may reach 100 km/h from 0 in six seconds and it has a limited top speed of 250 km/h. Powered by a 2.8 V6 Turbo engine coupled with a six-speed manual gearbox, Opel Insignia OPC may develops 239 kW/325 hp and 400 Nm of torque. With a new exhaust system and a re-engineered engine, Opel Insignia OPC comes with an extra power.

Opel Insignia OPC comes with a new front axle, an adaptive FlexRide suspension with HiPerStruts (revised McPherson struts), and also a 10 mm lowered ride height.

Vauxhall Insignia VXR

Vauxhall Insignia VXR is the British version of the Insignia OPC that has been unveiled by General Motors. Powered by 2.8-litre V6 Turbo ECOTEC engine, Vauxhall Insignia VXR may outputs 325PS (65PS up on the Elite V6).

Vauxhall Insignia VXR may reach its top speed at 155mph while it has a 0-60 mph acceleration time of less than 6.0 seconds.

Vauxhall Insignia VXR comes with Recaro front seats, a VXR steering wheel and gearknob, different instrument graphics and sill plates, Adaptive 4×4 with an electronic Limited Slip Differential (eLSD), and also a 10 millimeter reduction in ride height.

Opel Insignia ecoFLEX

Opel Insignia ecoFLEX will be premiered at the Paris Auto Show this year, as announced by General Motors. Opel Insignia ecoFLEX will be premiered alongside the new Insignia Sports Tourer.

Opel Insignia ecoFLEX will be joined in Paris by two new engines for the Insignia model range. The first new engine for the Opel Insignia is a 2.0-liter BiTurbo diesel unit with 190 hp. While for the second one is a 1.6-liter gasoline turbo engine that may delivers 180 hp. However, both engine for the Insignia model range are compliant with the Euro 5 emissions standards.
