Koenigsegg Quant Solar Electric Car



Koenigsegg Quant is a four-seater solar electric car which has been unveiled in Geneva by Koenigsegg together with NLV Solar AG. Featuring the FAES (Flow Accumulator Energy Storage) technology, Koenigsegg Quant is enable a full re-charge in just 20 minutes and has a range of 500 km.

Koenigsegg Quant needs just 5.2 seconds to reach 100 km/h from a stand still and the car is able to develops 512 bhp and 715 Nm of torque. While the top speed of Koenigsegg Quant solar electric car will be at 275 km/h.

The rear-wheel drive Koenigsegg Quant is powered by two electrical AC induction electric motors and features four-wheel brake regeneration, ABS, and ESP.

Opel Ampera Electric Car



Opel Ampera is the first electric car from Opel that will be revealed at Geneva Motor Show this year. Opel Ampera will be a five-door, four-seat vehicle that featuring new Voltec technology from GM.

With the help of the lithium-ion batteries, Opel Ampera will run up to 60 km when on short trips using the new electric technology. While for the longer trips, Opel Ampera will be powered by electricity generated by a small combustion engine.

Volkswagen BlueSport



Volkswagen BlueSport has been premiered at the NAIAS in Detroit. Powered by a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder TDI engine, Volkswagen BlueSport may develops 132 kW / 180 PS at 4,200 rpm and 350 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm.

Volkswagen BlueSport is a compact roadster which uses a 6-speed direct shift gearbox to transfer the power of the engine to a Rear-wheel drive system.

Volkswagen BlueSport may reach its top speed at 140 mph / 226 km/h. This latest concept from German manufacturer have acceleration time 0 to 60 mph in 6.2 seconds.

Volkswagen BlueSport also comes with a fuel consumption of 4.3 liter/100 km / 55 mpg and a CO2 emissions level of 113 g/km.

Volkswagen BlueSport has been displayed at NAIAS wearing a Flex Silver exterior color and an orange fabric convertible top and aims to be a reflection of modern carmaking.
