Volkswagen Polo V

Volkswagen has unveils the Volkswagen Polo V at Geneva Motor Show this year. Comes with new TDI and TSI engines and the 7-speed dual clutch transmission (DSG), Volkswagen Polo V also features ESP electronic stabilization program with Hill Hold Control as standard.

With a new 1.2 TSI engine, Volkswagen Polo V may outputs 77 kW / 105 PS while it needs 5.5 liters of fuel for every 100 km and emits 129 g/km of CO2. With a total of seven different engines four gasoline and three diesel, Volkswagen Polo V offers power outputs from 44 kW / 60 PS to 77 kW / 105 PS.

Porsche Participation at 2008 Goodwood Festival of Speed

Porsche announced its participation at the 2008 Goodwood Festival Speed. The 2008 Goodwood Festival Speed would be a place where Porsche will celebrate its 60th anniversary. Some Porsche’s models that will be displayed will be include the 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera and a 1973 Porsche 917/30 Spyder.

The 1970 Porsche 908/03 Spyder will be also presented by the German brand. The 1970 Porsche 908/03 Spyder was a winner at 1970 Targa Florio with drivers Brian Redman and Jo Siffert at the wheel. The same car model took the first three places in the Nürburgring 1000km race, in 1971.

Powered by a 3.0 liter engine, the 1970 Porsche 908/03 Spyder outputs 350 hp at 8,400 rpm. The top speed for 1970 Porsche 908/03 Spyder is at 275 km/h.

2009 Mercedes A Class Car

Mercedes released all the details of the facelifted version of the 2009 Mercedes A Class. The 2009 Mercedes A Class will have its public debut from 5th to 13th April, 2008 at the Auto Mobil International motor show in Leipzig.

The 2009 Mercedes A Class features the start/stop function on the A 150 and A 170 models and the A 160 CDI version benefits from an additional BlueEFFICIENCY package that reduces the fuel consumption to 4.5 liters per 100 kilometers.
