Hyundai Equus

Hyundai has announced that the Hyundai Equus is available in showrooms across Korea. Hyundai has made targets to sell 13,000 units of the Hyundai Equus in Korea this year, while the figure going up to 19,000 for 2010.

Hyundai offers two engines option for its Hyundai Equus, a Lambda 3.8-liter V6, or a Tau 4.6-liter V8. The first engine had 213 kW and 358 Nm of torque, while the Tau resulting 269 kW and 439 Nm of torque.

Hyundai Equus price for Korea had a price ranges between 63.7 million Korean won to 105 million. Along with the announced price for its home market, Hyundai also announced the price of Hyundai Equus for the Australian market, which ranges between AUD $65,500 and AUD $108,000.

HKS Hyundai Genesis Coupe

HKS Hyundai Genesis Coupe will be premiered at the 2008 SEMA show that will be held in Las Vegas. HKS Hyundai Genesis Coupe is a product of the collaboration between the two companies. With the HKS Hyundai Genesis Coupe, HKS is the second company to join the manufacturer for this year’s show.

HKS Hyundai Genesis Coupe will feature a Super Mega Flow Intake System, a GT Turbo upgrade, a limited-edition turbo exhaust system, and also HKS engine internals.

HKS Hyundai Genesis Coupe will also gets a Hipermax III fully-adjustable suspension and a new Engine Management System.

The HKS Hyundai Genesis Coupe’s interior includes a CAMP2 that monitors up to 24 data signals from the Genesis OBD2 and programmable calculations for fuel costs, average fuel consumption and fuel efficiency in real time.

2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe

Hyundai Genesis Coupe (2010) has been unveiled by Hyundai as the 300-horsepower sport coupe car at the 2008 New York Auto Show. Powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine, the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe may develops 306 hp at 6,000 rpm and 263 lb-ft of torque at 4,700 rpm. The top speed of the V6 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe is 149 mph and 60 mph comes in under 6 seconds.

There is also available the option of an intercooled-turbocharged 2.0L DOHC Dual CVVT (Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing) engine for the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe that develops 212 hp 6,000 rpm and 217 lb-ft of torque at 2,500 rpm. With this engine the top speed of the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe drops to 137 mph.
