Rinspeed E2 Concept

Rinspeed E2 concept has been scheduled by Rinspeed to be premiered at the Geneva Motor Show this year. Rinspeed E2 is a concept that aims to change the way the tuner market sees the business.

Based on the Fiat 500 Abarth that has been modified, Rinspeed E2 concept offer two levels of fuel consumption with its two levels of power. Two power levels of Rinspeed E2 concept will be at 60 or 160 hp, that can be switched with pressing a button only.

Rinspeed E2 concept needs seven liters of fuel for 100 km in Highway mode (160 hp). While in Commuting mode (60 hp), it needs four liters for the same distance.

Fiat 500 Abarth More Details

Fiat had released more detailed information and specifications of the Fiat 500 Abarth, includes the photos. Fiat 500 Abarth that will be unveiled at the 2008 Geneva Motorshow will be powered by a Fire 1.4 16v Turbo petrol unit that delivers 135 hp (99 kW) at 5,000 rpm and a peak torque of 206 Nm at 3.000 rpm in Sport mode. In Normal mode the torque is reduced to 180 Nm at 2,500 rpm. The engine of the Fiat 500 Abarth is coupled with a 5-speed gearbox.

Unfortunately, Fiat has not released any top speed or acceleration time figures for the 500 Abarth yet. The Fiat 500 Abarth has a lot of new body elements that are not just for show, but are functional and improve the car’s performance.
