Hyundai Blue-Will Hybrid Unveiled



Hyundai Blue-Will concept which codenamed HND-4 has been unveiled at the Seoul Motor Show. This hybrid concept is the 4th concept to be developed by the Namyang Design Center.

Hyundai Blue-Will’s hybrid system is included with an aluminum 113 kW Petrol Direct Injected 1.6-liter engine and also a 100 kw electric motor.

Hyundai Blue-Will have a range of around 1050 km and offers about 4.3 liter and 4.7 liters per 100 km fuel economy. Hyundai Blue-Will also comes with a Continuously Variable Transmission and a Lithium Ion Polymer battery to store electricity for the motor.

Along with these features, Hyundai Blue-Will also comes with three auxiliary power sources includes Regenerative Braking, Roof-mounted Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells, and also an Exhaust manifold-mounted Thermo-Electric Generator.

Tesla Model S



Tesla Model S has been unveiled by Tesla as the “world’s first mass-produced, highway-capable EV”. With an electronically limited top speed of 130 mph and 0 to 60 mph acceleration time of 3.9 seconds, Tesla Model S sedan has a range of 300 miles.

Tesla Model S electric can be re-charged from any 120V, 240V or 480V outlet, which taking 45 minutes from the 480V outlet for a full re-charge. Tesla also offers a range of batteries for the Tesla Model S, with an autonomy of 160, 230 or 300 miles per charge.

Tesla Model S powertrain is mounted under the floor which offers extra luggage space under the hood, while the storage space offers the possibility to carry a 50-inch television, a mountain bike, and also a surfboard simultaneously.

As have been announced by the company, Tesla Model S price will starts at $49,900.

eRuf Greenster Porsche Electric Car



eRuf Greenster Porsche electric car has been revealed at the Geneva Auto Show by Ruf Automobile and Siemens Corporate Technology.

Powered by a center mounted electric motor, eRuf Greenster Porsche can delivers 270 kW and 950 Nm of torque.

eRuf Greenster Porsche can be used to feed electricity back into the power network and it can be recharged in under an hour from a 400-volt power outlet.
