How To Lose Extra Weight ?



Most of you know that the process of how to lose extra weight is hard. It can even be over bearing at times. Here in a minute I am going to give you some key facts that people often look over. Most, if not all of these are really simple, but the problem is that most people just don’t apply them when the want to lose extra weight.

The first thing that I am going to talk about is your metabolism. Now, most people now what metabolism is, but for the rest, I will give you a small explanation. Metabolism is something in your body that either stores food as extra fat if your metabolism is low or it burns of the food and fat if your metabolism is high. By now you are asking yourself “How do I attain a high metabolism?” Well, I have some good news! Getting your metabolism to skyrocket is easy you just have to know how.

Most people, like I said earlier, have a completely different perception on how to lose extra fat. Most people would say stop eating completely or just cut down on what you eat. Well, they may be partly true, but there is some bad in that saying. You see if you cut your food intake, your body tries to store as much fat as possible because it will figure that you are not going to eat a lot and thus saving it for an emergency so to speak.

Ok, lets get to the good part, how to lose extra fat and attain a high metabolism. Well, you simply do the opposite of what I previously mentions above. Instead of eating less you eat more. Yes, I know this can be confusing for some people. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying eat and eat and eat all the time. There is a key on how to eat more and not gain any weight. All of us are use to the three meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and of course dinner. This, however, is defiantly not what you want to follow when losing weight. I will go more in detail.

Instead of eating the three, big meals a day, try eating five or six small-portioned meals a day. Remember when I said that if you stop eating completely your body would store fat. Well, what do you think happens if you do the exact opposite? Exactly! Your body will now get used to all the food that you put in and it will say, “this is too much” so to speak and start burning your food or fat, thus achieving a high metabolism. It really is that easy on increasing your metabolism. Just eat five or six small meals a day and watch your metabolism grow!




More Rawfood for Your Diet!



Some of you maybe familiar with raw food already and some of you maybe totally new to it. Did you know, that you can have great results with rawfood to lose weight?

Why raw food?

The best answer to this is: try it for one week and see what happens. For most people there is no return once they try. If you are not used to eating raw food, add fresh fruits and vegetables to every meal you eat. For instance fruits for breakfast, and a salad with a lot of greens, tomato’s, avocado’s, cucumber and fresh herbs with both your lunch and dinner. In the meantime try to avoid chemicals and preservatives as much as possible, and take less sugar, coffee and alcohol. Just try this for a week and feel the huge difference.

A fault which is often made, is that people change too quickly. The body starts to detox very fast with a lot of trouble, that could be avoided. Changing slower is always easier and causes less stress to the body. If you want to go faster because you have a certain health challenge, make sure to have the appropriate medical support.

I know that there are some people, who use supplements and don’t want to bother with rawfood or special diets. To those people I want to say: It’s not just what you add to your diet, that makes the difference, but also what you avoid. Just adding artificial supplements (whatever you call them, supplements made up a different vitamins and mineral are artificial) is not comparable to taking a good diet with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, and if you like some superfoods.

Yes, you can feel better by adding supplements, but before you try a natural diet with a lot of fresh organic vegetables and fruits, you don’t know what you are missing. There is a difference between feeling good and feeling super.

And feeling super of course not only depends on diet. There are many important factors like exercise, balancing your emotions, good relationships with your friends and family, and studying and doing what you really love, to develop yourself as the most loving human being you can possibly be.

For now: Add more fruits and (especially for many rawfoodists) green vegetables to your diet and feel fantastic!
