BMW has made announcement for reviving the Procar series with the 2008 BMW M1 Procar at Hockenheim on 19th and 20th July. Included with 10 cars, the 2008 BMW M1 Procar series will be a part of the F1 German Grand Prix program.
The drivers of the BMW M1 Procar include the five fastest ones in the Friday practice for the Formula One Grand Prix and the 15 remaining places are filled by young drivers.

The BMW M1 Homage was built to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the BMW M1 super sports car. However, the BMW M1 Homage will be premiered at this year’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.
The BMW M1 Homage actually is based on the BMW Turbo concept designed by Paul Bracq and the original BMW M1 designed by Giorgio Giugiaro.

BMW M1 Homage video has been released for the first time by German manufacturer. Unveiled at the 2008 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, the BMW M1 Homage concept car was designed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the legendary M1.
The BMW M1 Homage is a blend between Giorgio Giugiaro’s original design of the M1 and the concept of Paul Bracq. The BMW M1 Homage is built as a source of inspiration for the BMW Design team, and features a crash box, similar to the monocoque chassis of a Formula One race car.
