Volvo S80L Launched in China

Volvo S80L is the long-wheelbase version of the S80, that has been launched in China. Powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder in-line turbocharged engine, Volvo S80L may outputs 210 KW (285 hp) and 400 Nm torque at 1,500rpm while its acceleration time is from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds.

Volvo S80L comes equipped with softer seats, a refrigerator in the rear seat, a rear seat entertainment system, and also a premium sound system. Comes in five variants, Volvo S80L features a considerably upgrade in luxury and has a 140mm longer wheelbase.

Ford Fiesta Sedan

Ford Fiesta Sedan has been unveiled by Ford at the Guangzhou Auto Show in China. Ford Fiesta Sedan’s exterior design is inspired by the kinetic design language of the Verve Concept unveiled last year at the same event.

Ford Fiesta Sedan production will begin in the first quarter of 2009 at the Nanjing plant, and China will be the main market for the new model. But it will also be available across Asia and North America from 2010.

Unfortunately, Ford Fiesta sedan will not be distributed in Europe.

Audi A4L

Audi A4L has been released by Audi on the Chinese market. Audi A4L will be launched in January 2009 and become the first long-wheelbase version in China’s premium B segment.

Audi A4L provides better driving comfort, spaciousness, and design than the competition. Audi A4L will be available in China with one of two engines available: a 2.0 TFSI with 132 kW (180 hp) and a six-cylinder 3.2 FSI with 195 kW (265 hp).

With Audi A4L, drivers and passengers of this 4.76 meter (15.62 feet) long car will enjoy similar advantages as it can be enjoyed as both a driver’s car and a chauffeured luxury sedan.

Audi A4L will go on sale at the beginning of next year, while its premiere on November 18 will take place at the Guangzhou Motor Show. Unfortunately, the price for Audi A4L has not been announced yet by the company.
