Renault Clio RS (2009)

Renault Clio RS (2009) has been premiered by Renault at Geneva Motor Show as one of their seven updated models. Powered by a naturally-aspirated 2.0 16V engine, 2009 Renault Clio RS may outputs 200 hp at 7,100 rpm and 215 Nm of torque at 5,400 rpm.

2009 Renault Clio RS will reach its top speed up to 141mph and is able to get from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds acceleration time while combined with a weight-to-power ratio of 166hp / tonne.

With 36 kg lighter than the standard version, the 2009 Renault Clio RS comes with a choice between two chassis, a standard comfortable version, and the Cup model which offers more performance.

Renault Clio Renaultsport 197 Lux Special Edition

Renault Clio Renaultsport 197 Lux special edition has been launched on the British market. Comes with a long list of equipment, Renault Clio Renaultsport 197 Lux equipped with extra tinted rear windows, automatic wipers, automatic headlamps, cornering lights, climate control, and also leather upholstery.

Featuring a 60W radio MP3 CD player, Renaultsport carpet mats and satin chrome finish to the fascia air vents, Renault Clio Renaultsport 197 Lux price will be at 16,995 pounds. But with 1,000 pounds more price, the car will be included with 2,000 pounds worth of equipment than the standard version.

2008 Alfa Romeo BAT 11

After more than 50 years, there is a new BAT model. The new BAT 11, based on the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, shares many styling cues with the classic BAT cars of the 50s. Based on a modified Alfa Romeo 8C platform, the BAT 11 continues some of the distinguishing elements of the original ‘Berlinetta Aerodynamica Tecnica’ cars designed by Franco Scaglione and developed by Nuccio Bertone.

These include the tapered fins and faired wheels, all in a context where soft propositions are combined with strong, robust lines. The monolithic form has a simple dihedral bodyside section with fins that seem to have been designed as a shawl that wraps around the car beginning from the front fender and extending to the top of the side windows toward the rear.

The front end is strongly tapered to a V-shape with a neat Alfa Romeo shield low down in the lean-forward nose. The V-shaped form continues into the wraparound windshield and continues at the rear, with a center fin butting up to the tapering rear window and a pair of open air extraction slots behind the rear wheels.
