Volvo S80L Launched in China

Volvo S80L is the long-wheelbase version of the S80, that has been launched in China. Powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder in-line turbocharged engine, Volvo S80L may outputs 210 KW (285 hp) and 400 Nm torque at 1,500rpm while its acceleration time is from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds.

Volvo S80L comes equipped with softer seats, a refrigerator in the rear seat, a rear seat entertainment system, and also a premium sound system. Comes in five variants, Volvo S80L features a considerably upgrade in luxury and has a 140mm longer wheelbase.

Volvo C70 Ice White Special Edition

Volvo C70 Ice White special edition has been launched on British market by Volvo. Powered by a four-cylinder 2.0D diesel engine (136PS), Volvo C70 Ice White special edition emits 161g/km CO2 and returns up to 46.3mpg fuel economy on the combined cycle.

Volvo C70 Ice White sits on 18″ Midir diamond cut alloy wheels and features Calcite leather upholstery and interior aluminum accents.

Volvo C70 Ice White also comes with safety features such as the Roll-Over Protection System, the Side Impact Protection System, the Inflatable Curtain Airbag, and the Whiplash Protection System.

Volvo S60 Concept Car Unveiled

Volvo has unveils the Volvo S60 Concept Car that will be premiered at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in January. Powered by a four-cylinder 1.6-litre petrol engine that features GTDi (Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection) technology, Volvo S60 Concept may develops 180 hp and emits 119 g/km of CO2, with a fuel economy of 5.0 l/100 km.

Volvo S60 Concept which will hit the market in 2010, features Collision Warning with Full Auto Brake and pedestrian detection.

Alongside with the premiere of Volvo S60 Concept Car at the NAIAS next year, the company also introduces the latest generation of preventive safety technology.
