Lotus announced the details of the 2008 Lotus Elise Supercharged (Lotus ELise SC). The 2008 The 2008 Lotus Elise Supercharged is powered by the 1.8-litre 2-ZZ VVTL-i engine equipped with a Lotus-designed, Magnuson-produced supercharger that uses a smaller Eaton rotor pack (an M45 unit) than that of the Exige S, and also coupled with a bespoke intake manifold plenum as part of a single-piece casting.
Developing 162 kW and 212 Nm at 5000 rpm, the 2008 Lotus Elise SC has weight 870 kg and reach the top speed at 241 km/h. However, the 2008 Lotus Elise SC also has the following acceleration times: 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, 0-160 km/h in 10.7 seconds.

Lotus has announce the introduction of the entry level 2-Eleven along with a range of Lotus Sport performance options.
The Lotus 2-Eleven entry level has a top speed of 140 mph (225 km/h) and a 0 to 60 mph acceleration time of 4.3 seconds. With the Lotus Sport performance options added the Lotus 2-Eleven boost 242 Nm (179 lb.ft) of torque and a 150 mph top speed.
The Lotus 2-Eleven entry level comes with a 252 bhp, 188 kw power upgrade, and the price will starts at £27,995.

Lotus has revealed the first shot of their latest project - the Lotus Eagle. The photo provided below displaying a module of Lotus Eagle’s chassis.
The Lotus Eagle will have a new and higher specification than the current model range. The Lotus Eagle will be fully revealed in July at the British Motor Show.
The Eagle project will incorporate the latest technology from Lotus called Versatile Vehicle Architecture (VVA) that was first shown in the APX (Aluminium Performance Crossover) Concept Vehicle.
