Three new commercial passenger vehicles will be showcased by Renault at the Private Hire and Taxi Exhibition 2008. One of those vehicles is the Renault Trafic Taxi Bus. Based on the Trafic 9 Seat minibus, the Renault Trafic Taxi Bus has received several modifications. The modifications will include a full-width security screen which improve the safety of drivers and their vehicles against theft and violent attack.
Equipped with a Cygnus MR400 meter and an anti-slip coated ply floor, the Renault Trafic Taxi Bus also featuring 3 forward facing seats on quick release fittings, 3 rear facing tip seats in vinyl with quick fold mechanism, an intercom, LED magnetic top sign and LED lighting above pay hole.
The Renault Trafic Taxi Bus comes equipped with twin side loading doors with opening windows, wipe down rear quarter panels, M1-tested seats and a 7-foot telescopic wheelchair ramps and wheelchair securing system.
