Renault Scenic ZEV H2 - a new fuel cell vehicle in an advanced engineering phase has been announced by Renault.
Based on the Renault Grand Scenic and is a development of the Renault-Nissan joint Alliance, the Renault Scenic ZEV H2 features Nissan’s in-house developed fuel cell stack, compact lithium-ion batteries, and also high pressure hydrogen storage tank.
The Grand Scenic architecture had been chosen by the French engineers because its possibility to place the different FCV elements under the floor, leaving an ample cabin space for five adults.

This architecture also gave them the possibility to integrate the electric and electronic systems of the Renault Scenic ZEV H2.
The Renault Scenic ZEV H2 will be joined by the Nissan X-Trail FCV and will take part in environmental road shows across Europe this summer, including the Environmental Workshop in Barcelona during the second half of June.
