Renault Frendzy concept has been revealed by Renault ahead of its appearance at 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show. Comes with asymmetric body, Renault Frendzy concept measures 1,872 mm in width, 4,091 mm in length, and 1,743 mm in height. Renault Frendzy concept has a 1,420 kg kerb weight, a 200 mm ground clearance, and a 2,691 mm wheelbase. Renault also said that the new concept may offers a loading capacity of 2,250 liters.

Renault Frendzy concept is powered by an electric motor combined with Lithium–ion batteries, which may outputs 44 kW (60 hp) and 226 Nm of torque. With a top speed of 130 km/h, this Renault’s concept also comes featuring a direct drive transmission with reverse.

Talks for its equipment, the Renault Frendzy concept comes with some interesting features such as a BlackBerry PlayBook, a sliding touch-sensitive pad, a slate board mounted in the rear cabin, a fabric roof, and also magnetic fixings.

Renault have said that the new Renault Frendzy concept represents “the world of work”, which means previewing a future commercial vehicle for its model. Renault Frendzy concept was developed under the leadership of Laurens van den Acker.
