A French company called MDI (Motor Development International) has developing the AIR Pod. Powered by a 44P06 active chamber that uses compressed air, the MDI AIR Pod may develops 5.45 hp and 15 Nm of torque.
With these specs, the MDI AIR Pod may reach its top speed up to 70 km/h and offer the AIR Pod with a 220 km range in an urban cycle.
The MDI AIR Pod is 2 meters long and 1.6 meters wide. This vehicle has been designed for city use, and this vehicle is able to transport 3 adults and one child and has space for their luggage.
