Toyota Malaysia has revealed the first image of 2009 Toyota Hilux next generation and the complete specifications of the new model. Powered by a 2.5 liter common rail direct injection diesel engine, the 2009 Toyota Hilux may develops 102 PS at 3,600 rpm and 260 Nm of torque between 1,600 and 2,400 rpm.
The 2009 Toyota Hilux engine will be coupled with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed Automatic with ECT transmission. The 2009 Toyota Hilux will come in four trim levels: Single Cab, Double Cab A/T, Double Cab M/T, and Double Cab STD M/T.
The 2009 Toyota Hilux suspension features independent double wishbone with coil spring and stabilizer for the front and leaf spring with rigid axle for the rear.
